In these terms and conditions:

"Buyer" means the person/persons whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller.
"Goods" means the goods and any accessories which the Seller is to supply in accordance with the Conditions.
"Seller" means Heka Incubators UK Ltd.
"Conditions" means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document.
"Contract" means the contract for the sale and purchase of Goods.


All items offered on our website are subject to availability. 

Egg Capacities are approximate as egg sizes of any breed can vary considerably. 

To purchase an item, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. 

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product (or products) which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have accepted your order or dispatched the product(s) to you. The contract will then be filed and the data kept in confidence according to our privacy policy.


We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards using the World Pay Streamline secure servers. 

Payment is taken at the point of sale.

We reserve the right to alter prices to correct errors or omissions.

We will not deliver goods if there is any evidence or suspicion that a credit card is being used fraudulently and will pass on all information it holds about a customer to the police or other authorities where a credit card has been used to commit fraud or any other crime.

UK Deliveries

Orders for UK delivery will be shipped usually the day following receipt of order, usually by carrier Dachser UK depending on location. We aim to hold all standard products in stock and normal time from placing an online order to receipt of goods is around 5 working days. For customised products the delivery time is 7-10 days. Please contact us if your delivery address is not UK MAINLAND,  and we will advise a shipping quote, as some areas of Highlands & Islands incur higher costs. We cannot guarantee delivery times, only shipping times, and an email will be sent advising of your orders despatch.

Cancellation / Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 (seven) working days of delivery (starting from the day you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract or return your item within this period, upon receipt of the goods we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods (excluding any carriage charges if you would prefer that we arrange collection). All goods to be in a new and unused condition, packed in original packaging together with a copy of your original receipt.

Please contact us first before you return any goods to arrange a suitable date to return your item and for our returns address (We will provide you with a return label to attach to the package)

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

The goods must be returned very well wrapped in the original packaging and in saleable condition at your expense.

We will not refund any goods that arrive back to us damaged or that we cannot re-sell.
